Some FAQ:

* THEME: includes the party room decor, tablecloth, chair covers, tie backs, themed bucket stickers (no stickers for Basic Package) and the backdrop. You are also welcome to bring your own theme.  We do not supply themed paper plates etc, but plastic reusable plates in various party colours.

* VARIOUS THEMES: Mickey/Minni Mouse, Barney, Winnie the Pooh, Under the Sea, Mermaid, Farm Yard, Dinosaurs, Jungle Animals, Safari, Pirates, Disney, Princess, Unicorn/Rainbow, Paw Patrol, Bluey Super Heroes, Avengers, Ninja Turtles, CocoMelon, Baby Shark, Boss Baby, Princess & Knights, Construction, Moana, Cars, Enchanted Garden, Ladybug, Space, PJ Masks, Hello Kitty, Peppa Pig, Blues Clues, Police, Fireman, Lego, Froggy, Encanto, Flamingo, Llama, Spongebob, Sing, Sonic, LOL Dolls, Gabbis Dolls House, Donuts, Princess Sophia etc.

We also do parties with just various colour schemes.  If you have any other ideas/requests, chat to us!!

* Birthday Cake OR Cupcakes: You are welcome to bring either of these without being charged a fee. Any other catering than that, will lead to the surcharge being charged.

​

* INSIDE vs OUTSIDE:  this is simply where the party set-up is, but the kids get to play in & out, unless someone has booked for a private function.

​

* Return Play vouchers: Handed out with certain packages, are not redeemable on the day of the party.

​

* ADULTS:  Are free, unless you opt to self-cater. See below.

​

* SELF CATERING:  R20 surcharge per adult, R10 surcharge per child (over & above package of choice and other charges, except the Basic Package, which already includes the surcharge for the children only).

​

* CROCKERY:  we are happy to supply plates, cutlery serviettes.

​

* DRINKS: We insist on supplying all beverages for adults & children, even if you do your own catering. You can either pre-order or order on the day.

​

* OWN PARTY PACKS (BASIC PACKAGE):  Certain items are not allowed in the venue for choking & hygienic reasons (ie. lollipops, fizzers, toffees, bubblegum, sherbet, candy floss, toffee apples, bubbles etc.).

Please check with us if unsure. No drinks/juices are allowed to be put into party packs.

* EXCLUSIVE PARTY: This is OPTIONAL and OVER & ABOVE ANY OTHER CHARGES  (ie it gets added onto the package of your choice, theme & catering etc).  This allows you to have the venue to yourself & your guests, and no member of the public may use the facilities for the duration of the party.

 - Cost @ R550/hr (R1100 for 2hrs)  This rate is for one side (ie. inside or outside) only. 

 - A rate of R2200 will be charged for Exclusive use for INSIDE & OUTSIDE simultaneously. 

 - Timeslots might vary slightly to accomodate for exclusive use inside & outside.
